Marc Marquez greets Team Gresini with gratitude
Marc Marquez finished third in the 2024 MotoGP World Championship: a prestigious result achieved with Ducati last season, and a signal to Pecco Bagnaia ahead of next year's race. After the Barcelona race, which he finished in second place, Marquez wanted to thank the Gresini team for what they have done in recent months.
"We did our best, as if you were fighting for the World Championship. To finish on the podium was the best way to thank the Gresini family that has welcomed me this year'year". Marquez applauded new world champion Jorge Martin: "I want to congratulate the world champion. For him è it was an incredible season, and we did our best today". The rider number 93 blew the place in the official Ducati team right to Jorge Martin, who in the next season will runà in Aprilia.
Marquez then spoke about next season, when he will flank Bagnaia in Ducati: "It will be exciting becauseé we move to the official team. I want to be professional from day one to fight with Bagnaia who è our reference point".
" I will have to adapt to the team, the bike, the change. I have to be patient. From thereì I will slowly get used to it. My goal è to work and do everything at the top. We have to figure out where we are and where the other Ducatis, Aprilia and KTM are. You will have to give 100 percent in every race", the words to Sky.
