The night of the stars è ready to light up all of Milan. One year after the record-breaking match, on Friday, November 22 at 8:30 p.m. (live DAZN and VBTV), coach Lavarini’s Numia Vero Volley will be on stage again at the Unipol Forum in Assago for the great classic of women’s volleyball: the challenge against Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano. A stellar match that comes halfway through the first half of the Tigotà A1 Series and has a strong significance not only for sports, but also for off-court emotions. For the first time as many as seven Paris 2024 Olympic gold medalists will be seen on the same court: Danesi, Orro, Sylla and Egonu for Milan, while De Gennaro, Fahr and Lubian for Conegliano.

A true 360° event is what the more than 12,000 spectators will witness. In fact, there will be numerous activities that will involve the public, from the court set up to the 3D visors and photo booth to take virtual photos with the players. Many then the VIPs from the world of sports, entertainment and TV who will sit in the parterre.

This will be the 38th confrontation between the two teams, which last faced each other a few months ago in the Fineco 2024 Supercup final. It is a great classic of women’s volleyball, national and international since the two teams were also the protagonists of the CEV Champions League final in Turkey. Orro and her teammates come to this umpteenth chapter with the victory against Talmassons and Kamnik Calcit in their legs; Conegliano è is also on a positive streak (so far losing only two sets) both in the Championship and in Europe.

"Although we have not been able to work with continuity in this first part of the season, the difficult challenge against Conegliano represents an important opportunity for us to grow. It will allow us to see where we stand in our playing condition. Our goal è to do well, gain awareness and consolidate confidence ahead of the next crucial engagements. I expect a packed arena, a high-level show for all fans and an experience to be lived intensely" these are the words of Vero Volley coach Stefano Livarini.
