Danilo-Napoli: Cristiano Giuntoli freezes the Azzurri

Speaking at the microphones of Sky Sport, on the occasion of the twelfth edition of the Grand Galà of Football, Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli shut down market rumors regarding a possible interest of Napoli for Danilo in January.

"È our captain and we hold on to him – stressed the bianconeri club’s ds -. Behind we are reduced to the bare minimum. We have not talked né with him, nor with Napoli. We want to keep everyone and strengthen the defense".

For the back ward, the Bianconeri club has sounded out Antonio Silva, a central defender owned by Benfica: "È an interesting player, but in January no one shows their cards. We must be careful and vigilant". 

There will be no reinforcements, however, in attack: "We are confident in the return of Milik. We are waiting for him. We believe a lot in him".

"For us è a special year, in which there are so many absences. We are clinging to the qualities of a very serious group of boys, with a coach who is doing very well. Our stated goalè is to get into the top four. We have started a new course in which we have changed a lot. We are focusing on a different football" concluded Giuntoli.
