The words of Charles Leclerc

It will be a pulse-pounding weekend for Charles Leclerc and Ferrari. On the final weekend of the season in Abu Dhabi, the Monegasque driver will share the first free practice session with his brother Arthur, becoming the first pair of driver-brothers to take part in an F1 practice session. Subsequently, the number 16 of the Maranello stable will try everything to win the Constructors’ title together with teammate Carlos Sainz and overtake Lando Norris in second place in the drivers’ world championship. While speaking at the microphones of "Sky Sport F1", among other topics, Leclerc wanted to take stock of his 2024.

"Since I have been in Formula 1, I think this is the only season in which I have no regrets. There were three difficult races after Monaco, actually after Canada, where I had engine problems. We struggled a lot in that period, having to probe extreme set-ups with the car to find positive responses in terms of feeling. If we had not experimented in that way, we probably would not be at the level we are today" began the Monegasque driver.

"From the point of view of execution è it has been an extremely positive season. Regardless of how the season will end, I have nothing to complain" added the Ferrari driver.

"Regarding performance, the first part of the year è was quite complicated, but in the second, thanks to the great work done in the factory, we managed to become more competitive. This approach paid off, as it allowed us to win more points than the other teams, leading us to return to play for the Constructors’ title. In Abu Dhabi, we will try to give everything to hit the target" Charles Leclerc commented.
