Marc Marquez-Ducati: for Carlo Pernat there'è the hand of Dorna

Marc Marquez's landing in the official Ducati team è bound to shake up the MotoGP World Championship next season. The Catalan rider has beaten off competition from Jorge Martin, who paradoxically did not è need only win the World Championship and remain at the helm for most of the season to convince the Borgo Panigale manufacturer to bet on him.

The manager of Enea Bastianini, Carlo Pernat, to GpOne è returned ona controversial decision of Ducati: "Let’s say that this championship è was also dictated by the desire of Marc Márquez to return to the fight. Marquez met with Dall’Igna, and they made a deal in which Maárquez’s move was probably planned already; before seeing what kind of championship Martin" would have.

According to Pernat, Dorna may have played a role in Ducati’s decision: "Dorna’s system and championship dynamics benefit from’having Marquez fighting for the title. È important for the show, for the ratings".

"It's also been Marc&#39s decision to give up a lot of money. However, I think Dorna may have given a push for this signing".
