For the great coach between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz there'è a big difference
In his column 'The Coach's Eye' on TennisMajors, Patrick Mouratoglou talked about Novak Djokovic’s chances of triumphing at the Australian Open: "It might be more difficult for Novak to beat Jannik Sinner than Carlos Alcaraz becauseé Jannik does not concede anything and has the same gifts as the Serbian tennis player: he covers the court very well, he does not make any mistakes and he gets the ball before Djokovic".
"Nole will have to regain incredible form to dominate Sinner. But mind you, I’m not saying it’s easy to beat Alcaraz, it’s not è but there are very different characteristics. In this case he has to deal with his power, his changes of rhythm, ball speed, changes of direction and his physical strength" concluded Naomi Osaka's current coach.
Just ahead of the Australian Open è came Nick Kyrgios’ yet another provocation to Jannik Sinner: "I really want to play against Sinner, I am waiting for him" he told the Nothing Major podcast.
"It's something I've been thinking about for a long time. If we were to play against each other at the Australian Open I would be able to move every person in the audience against him. I am ready to start a riot, I would leave all respect aside and do absolutely anything to win" the Australian's words.
