Serie B: four players disqualified and two clubs fined

The Giudice Sportivo (sports judge) has announced the disciplinary measures related to the 17th day of Serie B. Four players have been disqualified for one round: Kouan (Cosenza), Amatucci (Cittadella), Buglio (Juve Stabia) and Giovane (Carrarese). Among the clubs, however, only Salernitana and Palermo were given financial penalties.

Fine of &euros; 7,000.00: to Soc. SALERNITANA for having its supporters, during the match, throwing three firecrackers, four smoke bombs and a lighter on the field of play, and two smoke bombs in the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 letter b) CGS.

Fine of &euros; 4,000.00: to Soc. PALERMO for having its supporters, at the end of the match, throw a smoke bomb and four semi-filled plastic bottles on the playing area; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

FIGHTERS EXPULSED

DISQUALIFICATION FOR ONE ACTUAL DAY OF MATCH

KOUAN Oulai Christian (Cosenza): for having, at the end of the match, hit with a ball, thrown voluntarily with his hands, an opposing footballer at the height of the nape of the neck; infraction detected by an Assistant.

DISQUALIFICATION FOR ONE ACTUAL DAY OF MATCH

AMATUCCI Francesco (Cittadella): for unfair behaviour towards an opponent; already warned (Fifth penalty).

BUGLIO Davide (Juve Stabia): for misconduct against an opponent; already warned (Fifth penalty).

GIOVANE Samuel (Carrarese): for misconduct against an opponent; already warned (Fifth sanction).
