Nenad Markovic, coach of Dinamo Sassari, did not hide all his disappointment in the press conference after the loss against Varese Basketball: "I’m disappointed, Varese è a team that plays to score, to attack, I talked a week about defense, what we had to do to stop them, for how to be tough and aggressive against them, we did not do any of that".

So many fouls, so many mistakes on the pick and roll, too much individuality".
“We tried to lower the quintet to be able to attack better, to be more aggressive, but we made so many trivial mistakes, so many mistakes from underneath. I think this team like last year can’t win an important game for something, like last season when drained and without energy we always lost to Varese and Pesaro".
"We are not able to understand what it takes to win games like this, I can’t really fail to see what we do in training, everything è clear, then we go on the court and do badly. We played much better against Tortona and Bologna despite losing, the’only solution è lock ourselves in the gym, head down".
