Bad start to 2025 for Jeanuël Belocian: his season è already over. In a statement issued this Monday, Bayer Leverkusen announced that the French Under-21 international has è ruptured his right anterior cruciate ligament.
The serious injury è occurred during the friendly match that the Rossoneri played against Oberhausen on Sunday: from the very beginning it was clear that it was something serious, which was confirmed by the tests to which the boy è underwent.
This season the former Rennes player had taken the field nine times, including three as a starter, under Xabi Alonso. The 19-year-old defender had left France to move to Bayer Leverkusen last summer.
