I wish Milan the best for what we have lived together, for my experiences with the players, with the fans, with everyone. We have made a beautiful path".

The former Rossoneri coach was able to see his old players again: "Beautiful, exciting. I expected it so; I know very well what I experienced with my players and with the club. What we shared è was a beautiful journey, full of joys, also disappointments, but we gave everything. I was glad to see them again after such a journey. I expected it to be soì exciting, the other day I had the seats next to the Milan bench and it felt like I was still on the bench (laughs, ed.). The respect and sharing created at Milanello will remain forever. Giroud called me right after seeing the pictures".

On Zlatan Ibrahimovic: "I believe that Zlatan is a very intelligent person, who has worked and will work to do the best for Milan. Expectations are very high, but often it is not è said that if you are not winning you are not doing well. He will make his mistakes, as everyone does, but he will learn from them to do better and better. If I were an AC Milan fan I would be confident in Zlatan".

Finally, he gave a hint about his future: "I would love to coach the national team, forò now I enjoy coaching every day and I think I want to continue in clubs".
