Three companies fined in Series A basketball

The FIP has released the disciplinary measures related to the 15th day of Serie A basketball. There are three companies fined: Bertram Tortona, Vanoli Cremona and Openjobmetis Varese. As for the first two companies; the sports judge imposed a double penalty on them. In addition, for the Piedmontese club è came also an'inhibition.

BERTRAM TORTONA. Fine of 1,333.00 euros for offenses, collective and frequent, against the referees [art. 27,4bd RG rec., art. 24,4 RG]

BERTRAM TORTONA. Fine of Euro 1,000.00 for the presence of unauthorized persons inside the access tunnel to the locker room [art. 38,1g RG]

MARCO PICCHI (President BERTRAM TORTONA). Inhibition for 7 days, until January 19, 2025, for protesting behavior, repeated and blatantly expressed, towards the referees, on the door of the locker room, a fact that prevented its immediate closure. Inhibition replaced by a fine of Euro 5,000.00 [art. 35,1c RG rec., art. 24,2b RG, art. 15,4 RG]

OPENJOBMETIS VARESE. Fine of Euro 1,333.00 for offenses, collective and frequent, against the referees [art. 27,4bd RG rec., art. 24,4 RG]

FERRAMENTA VANOLI CREMONA. Fine of Euro 1,333.00 for offenses, collective and frequent, against the referees [art. 27,4bd RG rec., art. 24,4 RG]

FERRAMENTA VANOLI CREMONA. Fine of Euro 2,000.00 for relevant irregularity of compulsory equipment (stopwatch and sirens) [art. 40,1b RG rec.]
