Bologna-Monza 3-1

After two consecutive draws, Bologna got back on track by beating Monza 3-1 at the 'Dall'Ara', in the match played Saturday afternoon and valid for the 21st round of Serie A. The false start of the Rossoblù deluded the Brianzoli, who però waned at a distance and failed to give continuity to Monday night’s success against Fiorentina.

The start è to say the least, was negative for the hosts: after not even 4', Ciurria served with precision Daniel Maldini, who closed a fast restart overcoming Ravaglia coming out for the 1-0 biancorosso. Vincenzo Italiano’s team swerves but does not fall and, on the contrary, at 22' arrives at the equalizer: great play by Orsolini who serves Castro in the center of the area, the Argentine does not let himself be begged and with a precise spizzata beats Turati.

Bologna grows and in minute 34 completely reverses the situation: the exchange between Castro and Dominguez è effective, the palllone arrives to Odgaard who kicks in the most precise way possible and signs the 2-1. Odgaard comes close to a personal encore at 37', Turati saves this time but at the same time Monza has to deal with a physical problem occurred to Bondo, who has to leave the field to Vignato.

In the resumption there'è Dallinga in place of Castro and the Dutchman makes himself dangerous on a couple of occasions, the most dangerous one at 62' by header, but he doesn&#39t find the goal. Instead, at 69', Orsolini succeeded, receiving the ball in the box from Lykogiannis (who took over from Miranda shortly before), stopping it and finishing into the net, making it 3-1 and, in fact, closing the deal.

The match was no longer in dispute, although the Rossoblù came close in the final two more times to scoring, with Turati miracle-working on Dallinga at 84'84'  and the post denying the joy of the goal to De Silvestri a minute later.

Bologna won 3-1 and climbed to 33 points in the standings, revisiting the Europa zone, while Monza remained last at 13, picking up its sixth knockout in the last seven league matches.
