Champions League, Club Brugge-Juventus 0-0

The victory against AC Milan last Saturday already seems to be a distant memory, so much so that in Belgium we see Juventus again from 'sign X': against Club Brugge, in the seventh day of the Group Stage of the Champions League, in fact, ends 0-0 a match poor in cues, which blocks both contenders in the race for the top eight places.

At the 'Jan Breydel Stadion' in Brugge, the match struggled to get off the ground and the first half slipped away without any particular excitement, except for a yellow card shown to Teun Koopmeiners on 35'. At the start of the second half, a thrill for the guests: a mistake by Di Gregorio initiates a dangerous opponent action, the ball reaches Jutgla in a good position but his shot è inaccurate.

Juventus also registers an interesting action, at 52': great play by Mbangula who puts in the center towards Nico Gonzalez, the Argentine misses the control but the ball still reaches a well-positioned Douglas Luiz, who però sends high over the crossbar, thus wasting a more than good opportunity.

Not even the changes, with Yildiz, Conceicao, Thuram, Vlahovic and McKennie taking the place, for Juventus, of Mbangula, Weah, Douglas Luiz, Nico Gonzalez and Koopmeiners, respectively, change the fate of the match: the match does not give further excitement and ends 0-0, with the two contenders thus recovering one point each.
