Sofia Goggia ahead of all in Garmisch: "Still needs to file something"

Sofia Goggia finishes ahead of everyone in the second time trial of the Garmisch Partenkirchen downhill: unlike the first training session, this second session saw the athletes take on the’entire Kandahar course, with the champion from Bergamo authoring the best reference in 1’36″81.

Behind the skier from Bergamo, the second time of the day è was signed by the U.S. Breezy Johnson who paid a gap of 0″37 from the Italian, with the two Austrians Riccarda Haaser and Christina Ager third at 0″52.

“Overall I had a good test in the afternoon we will analyze the lines to file something more, especially in the third sector. But the skiing è was solid and I am happy with that", said Sofia Goggia.

Federica Brignone è placed tenth: "It’ was a good test but I have some things to see, especially in the second intermediate, in the flat; I didn’ t push to the full, I was a bit’ too careful and if I want to do well I have to fix some details", are the words reported by Fisi.
