F Alpine Skiing World Championships, call-ups: Federica Brignone and Sofia Goggia lead the charge of the Azzurri

Fisi President Flavio Roda has made official the Italian team that will take part in the upcoming Alpine Skiing World Championships in Saalbach, Austria. The Azzurri will be 21 in all, 10 women and 11 men. The girls will be led by Federica Brignone and Sofia Goggia: much is expected among both of them after the form highlighted recently. With them the spotlight will also be on Marta Bassino and Elena Curtoni.

Among men, the two technical leaders are Dominik Paris and Alex Vinatzer. The World Championships will kick off on Feb. 4, and conclude on the 16th.
