Cremonese brakes, Bari accelerates, Brescia rises again

Important points in the playoff zone, but especially in the salvation zone.
Cremonese brakes, Bari accelerates. Sunday’s Serie B moves the standings especially for those chasing: è the case of Salernitana, which tries to rise again and plays a trick on the grigiorossi, but also of Brescia and Südtirol (who beat Carrarese in Tuscany and Reggiana in Bolzano, respectively). So it is the Galletti who are smiling, and with their home victory over Frosinone they rise to sixth place.
It ended 2-1 for Bari, which went ahead in the first half recovery thanks to a penalty converted by Favilli and doubled on 73' with Bonfanti. Late the ciociara goal by Kvernadze at 94': Frosinone, more and more in crisis, remains penultimate, now -4 from the playout zone.
Important instead is the step forward of Salernitana, which detaches precisely Frosinone thanks to the fundamental 1-0 home win over Cremonese: Raimondo decided at 56', after Cerri had failed to convert a penalty kick at the end of the first half. One point above the Campani, and currently in the playout zone, there's just Südtirol able to beat Reggiana 2-0 (Pyyhtia at 14', Pietrangeli at 50').
A remarkable leap forward for Brescia, which winning 2-1 on the field of Carrarese leaves the hot zone at -3 and instead moves within two points of the playoff dream. Merit for Bertagnoli's goal at 41' and Borrelli's penalty before halftime, answered for the hosts by Cicconi at 75'.
