Cristiano Biraghi è a new player of Torino

Torino places a blow on the outfield in the very last hours of the soccer market. The Granata club, in fact, has announced the arrival on loan with right of redemption from Fiorentina of Cristiano Biraghi.

"Torino Football Club è pleased to announce that it has acquired from’ACF Fiorentina, on a temporary basis with an option to outright purchase, the right to the sports performance of the player Cristiano Biraghi".

Born in Cernusco sul Naviglio on September 1° 1992. He grew up footballingly in the youth sectors of Atalanta and Inter, and made his professional debut with the Milanese club on November 24, 2010 in the Champions League match against Twente.

In the following seasons he wore the jerseys of Juve Stabia, Cittadella, Catania (with which he made his Serie A debut on September 15, 2013), Chievo and Granada, the latter in the Spanish top league.

In 2016 è he was bought by Pescara, newly promoted to Serie A: for him with the Abruzzesi in total 37 games, one goal and 4 assists. From 2017 to the present, with the exception of the 2019/'20 year played among the ranks of Inter, he has worn the Fiorentina jersey, also becoming its captain: in six and a half seasons he has collected 266 games, signed 15 goals and served 41 assists between domestic and European competitions. For him also 16 appearances, one goal and 4 assists with the Italian national team.

The 1992 class side will goà to replace within Paolo Vanoli's squad Mergim Vojvoda, who è transferred permanently to Cesc Fabregas’ Como.
