Ducati, Tardozzi reveals the mood of Pecco Bagnaia and Marc Marquez

Davide Tardozzi at the microphones of Sky Sport revealed the mood of Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia after the Sepang tests: "The summary of today è positive, the two pilots are satisfied with the configurations of bikes, we will go to Thailand with the conviction that we have a bike almost ready for the start".

There'è still uncertainty about the engine, but the direction now seems clearer: "Stay with the 2024 engine? Right now that could be the direction, being conservative pays off, we have a very competitive bike so we could stay on the 2024 engine with minor updates".

The relationship between the two è started off on the right foot, and also the mood è at the moment is positive: "The absolute most positive thing è is that the riders are aligned in their comments and this definitely facilitates the path forward for the engineers. Both are happy, they have collaborated naturally and they know perfectly well the direction they want to go in these tests".

"In the first two days we did a lot of testing with both the 2024 and 2025 material, and today we continued having much clearer ideas. At the moment we think that the bike will probably be a little bit more conservative because we know that the base we have è already very good".
