No training in Monte Carlo for Jannik Sinner. In recent days, rumors had surfaced about the possible presence of the world number one at the Monte Carlo Country Club, near his home. The same club has però denied the possibility of hosting the Italian tennis player, suspended 3 months after his plea bargain with Wada for the Clostebol case.
"The Monte Carlo Country Club è affiliated with both tennis federations: French and Monegasque. It’ a private club but it does not exempt it from its obligations: to affiliate with the two French and Monegasque tennis federations", the statement reads.
