There’è an’Anna winning but not è the Kalinskaya

It is not è clear how Anna Kalinskaya fares in the kitchen but she certainly could take lessons from her namesake, Anna Zhang. MasterChef 2025 crowned its winner during the last episode broadcast on Sky One and streamed on NOW TV.

Judges Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli rewarded the efforts, creativity and technical mastery of Anna Yi Lan Zhang, who beat Jack, a content creator from Cesano Boscone, and Simone, a building contractor from La Morra, in the final.

Anna inherited her passion for cooking from her mother, honing her skills in the Oriental tradition and expanding her gastronomic knowledge through studies and experiments on European cuisine.

Since Live Cooking, Anna won over the judges with "My Journey" a dish that told her story through vegetable gyoza, tofu and shiitake on goat cheese sauce, accompanied by honey teriyaki, walnut pesto, chives and mint. After being awarded the white apron, he showed talent and originality, distinguishing himself in such decisive tests as the first Red Mystery Box and the Golden Pin, which he won with the dish "What a freaking heart".

La Kalinskaya, meanwhile, hopes to turn around a year that did not begin in the hoped-for manner partly due to a series of physical problems.
