Renzo Furlan explains separation with Jasmine Paolini

Ospite to Sky Tennis Club, Renzo Furlan spoke about the separation from Jasmine Paolini, which was surprisingly announced Monday afternoon by the Tuscan tennis player herself through a long post published on her Instagram profile.

“I will take a period of rest – began the coach -That with Jasmine was a wonderful experience, it was an extraordinary journey that lasted nine years in which the last five were practically full-time. In five years I only missed Montreal in 2023 and the Olympics in 2024”.

“We have shared this road together totally and it has been beautiful, it has been a remarkable journey– then admitted the’former coach of the blue -. I know I have passed on to her everything I could. She was an extraordinary athlete, she has remarkable qualities otherwise she would not have done what she did”.

“I can only remember with pleasure these last years, then of course you have to make choices that allow you to compete at your best. We talked about it in Miami in which she explained her reasons which I share, so we parted as friends, the’affection remains, you can call me anytime” concluded Furlan.
