NBA: Miami holds back Boston, Cleveland dominates New York.

Nine games were played on NBA night. The Miami Heat string together their sixth consecutive win by stopping the Boston Celtics, who are coming off nine consecutive wins. At TD Garden it ends 103-124 with Tyler Herro (25 points and 9 assists) and Bam Adebayo (21 points and 6 assists) big stars.

Everything easy for the Cleveland Cavaliers against the New York Knikcs (124-105) in the top challenge in the East. Dragging the Cavs, who are increasingly first, is the usual Donovan Mitchell who scores 27 points and 5 assists. The Indiana Pacers, fourth in the East, also won with the Charlotte Hornets (119-105) thanks to Tyrese Haliburton’s double-double (22 points and 10 assists).

Unstoppable Oklahoma City Thunder, in command in the West, centering their’11th win in a row against the Detroit Pistons (119-103) led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who put up 33 points. The Houston Rockets, who remain second, also won, overwhelming the Utah Jazz (143-105) thanks to Jalen Green&#8217s 22 points.

The Denver Nuggets fall again, defeated by the San Antonio Spurs (106-113) with an excellent Stephon Castle, who comes close to a triple double with 15 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists. Finally, important wins in the play-in zone for the Los Angeles Clippers and Dallas Mavericks.

At the Intuit Dome the Clippers folded the New Orleans Pelicans (114-98) led by Kawhi Leonard, author of 28 points, while at the American Airlines Center it was Anthony Davis who gave the Mavericks victory with the Atlanta Hawks (120-118), finishing with 34 points, 15 rebounds and 5 wicks. Ko, however, for the Sacramento Kings, surprised by the Washington Wizards (111-116).
