Como wins in Monza, but Cesc Fabregas is not satisfied

Cesc Fabregas promotes his Como, able to win in Monza 3-1 and put a serious mortgage on the salvation of the Larians. Yet the Catalan coach still sees some room for improvement in his team, which was forced to regain the hosts’initial lead in the Lombardy derby on the 31st day of Serie A.
“No one here scored three goals – Fabregas pointed out after the Monza match -I told the boys to start strong, but it didn’t happen. That is why I cannot be totally happy. But making a broader reasoning I am happy, because we are very close to the’goal”.
Fabregas then went on to a broader analysis of his Como and the tactical approach he has acquired in recent months. “It is not true that I always want to start from the bottom. I can adapt, depending on the opposing team. That is why in Monza you saw a slightly different Como than usual”, explained the coach of the Larians.
Finally, a nod to the technical choices, starting with the’exclusion from Como’s starting eleven of Gabriel Strefezza. “We did not lose quality with the team I fielded today. They pay me to make decisions”, Fabregas cut it short.
