Jannik Sinner: Filippo Volandri stings Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev

During an intervention on “Radio Anch’io Sport” on Radio 1, the captain of the Italian Davis Cup team Filippo Volandri, among other topics, bluntly analyzed the recent difficulties encountered by Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev, who have not succeeded in the’intent of closing the gap from Jannik Sinner, who will make his return to the court in early May at the Internazionali d’Italia.

“I honestly thought Zverev and Alcaraz would pick up more points. Carlos, on the other hand, pays for his ups and downs, but let”s not forget that he”s a 2003 player and we need to give him time to settle in” debuted the Azzurri captain.

We need to be close to these kids not only from a technical point of view, but especially mentally.
