Inter, big hit in Munich: semifinal one step away

Victoryheavyweight win for Inter as they came out on top 2-1 at home to Bayern Munich in the first leg match of the Champions League quarterfinals, taking a big step toward the semifinals.
The Nerazzurri struggled in the first half, whenonly the post denied Kane the lead, but on 38′ at the end of a perfect action it was with a splendid outside right Lautaro on a heel assist from Thuram that unlocked the result.
In the second half the’Inter lowered themselves to defend the result but at the’85’Thomas Müller evened the score. Three minutes from the end Frattesi signed the double.

In the return match, scheduled for April 16 at the San Siro, Inter will only need a draw to complete the task.
