Anna Kalinskaya returns to Italy

Anna Kalinskaya is spending a few days off in Miami after a season start with many ups and downs. After negative results in Australia and the Middle East, the Russian tennis player found her game again in Miami and in Charleston, where she managed to get the first satisfactions of a so far complicated 2025.
The Russian tennis player has yet to announce her next moves, namely whether she will be in Stuttgart next week or return to the circuit at the Madrid Masters 1000. One thing is certain: Anna will return to Italy.
The Moscow athlete is in fact listed on the entry list for the Internazionali d’Italia in Rome, scheduled at the Foro Italico in early May, one of the most important clay court events.
Kalinskaya (who has not yet clarified her current relationship with Jannik Sinner), figures as No. 32 on the official entry list of players starting: she will find several fans in Italy cheering her on. The Russian in 2024 had exited in the third round of the Internazionali, defeated by Ukraine’s Elena Svitolina in two sets.
