L'Imoco Conegliano reaches Numia Vero Volley Milan in final

After the passage of the round of the Numia Vero Volley Milano, which swept Scandicci in the semifinals (3-0 in the series), the Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano reached the meneghine in the scudetto final thanks to the victory in Game 4 in Novara (3-1 in the series).

As for the Piedmontese, a Tolok in a state of grace (MVP of the match with 30 points) was not enough: the Panthers sent no less than four players into double figures (Haak 20, Zhu 17, Gabi 16, Fahr 14), imposing themselves in three sets (28-26, 23-25, 25-20, 25-16) and clinching their ninth Scudetto final, the seventh consecutive.

Milan and Conegliano will face each other for the third time in a scudetto final series – kicking off on April 16 -: the first challenge was staged in the 2021/2022 season, repeated the following year in the second final confrontation between the teams. In both cases, it was the Venetian formation that won.

The two teams will also meet next May 3 in the Champions League semifinal scheduled at the Ülker Sports Arena in Istanbul.
