Mike Maignan, Milan breathes a sigh of relief

A Milan can breathe a sigh of relief regarding the condition of Mike Maignan. A few minutes after the resumption of play in the challenge against Udinese, valid for the 32nd day of Serie A, the Rossoneri goalkeeper was the protagonist of a fortuitous clash of play with Alex Jimenez, where the Meneghino extreme defender was the one who got the worst of it.

After leaving the field on a stretcher, the’former Lille player underwent initial medical checks, which showed a simple head injury, thus averting worse problems.

As a precautionary measure, however, Mike Maignan was escorted to Udine’s hospital to undergo further medical examinations.
