Pecco Bagnaia over the moon: "Best day of the season"

And’ a Pecco Bagnaia decidedly satisfied one who spoke to the microphones of the various media after the second place obtained in the pre-qualifying for the Qatar GP.

“I think Alex and Marc are still the benchmarks, however, I feel I have come closer to them. On the pace Marc and I seem to be the strongest, but it is difficult to analyze the pace because today we were all busy testing tires in the same conditions as the race and there wasn&#8217t much time. I felt pretty good with the average” added the three-time world champion.

“As in Austin, I improved in braking and corner entry. I was able to enter with more confidence letting the bike turn. The biggest improvement is that now I have to struggle less with the brake and that makes things easier for me” concluded Pecco Bagnaia.
