Roma coach Claudio Ranieri spoke in a press conference two days ahead of the derby against Lazio: “It’s hard to say what the real values are, Roma have gone through certain vicissitudes and have done everything on the run-up, while Baroni looked like a fallback and is having a great season.”

“They are deserving of the ranking they have. Now there are the last seven games and we will push hard. We have to give everything we have and then we’ll reap what we’ve been able to do.

I know Sunday will be an important and difficult match.

“I don’t look at what I did yesterday, I look at the future. Then if you win by a fluke I will be happy anyway. We will give our best. I am not promising anything, I like to work and do things under my breath, but with the strength of wanting to do our best. And on Sunday we will do it”.

“We also made these kinds of trips and when we arrived at 3 a.m. we didn&#8217t tell anyone. I don&#8217t think Lazio is having a difficult time, otherwise you don&#8217t go to Bergamo to win.

“I expect a tight match and I only hope that in the first place there is sportsmanship between teams and fans. They are of a certain age and I hope that only the teasing remains because the Romans in this they know how to be geniuses”.
