On the sidelines of the Media Day of Fisi at the’Armani Hotel in Milan, world champion Michela Moioli spoke to the microphones of Sportal.it: “These World Championships were important because they gave me a lot of confidence and optimism for the upcoming season. With this victory I closed a circle and now I am ready and determined to face the Olympics Milan Cortina 2026”.
Sportal.it also interviewed Simone Origone, who after winning the 16th World Cup, wants to continue to amaze: “Experience helps however you have to get the desire and after so many years it is not obvious. There’s a lot of commitment and there are many sacrifices to be made but passion is superior”.
Flora Tabanelli, Italian freestyle champion and World Cup gold medal winner at age 17, said: “I am very happy with the past season even if some things I still have to improve. The Olympics are a big goal, especially in Italy and Livigno, so I’m looking forward to it”.
Finally, Lisa Vittozzi said she was ready to restart after a back injury that compromised her last season: “Yes, it gave me a lot of charge because anyway in the negative moment I had the desire to find a solution, to train, to try to do things, to do everything so that the pain would pass and that she could start again as soon as possible. Now the pain is slowly disappearing, I am training, I am seeing that my body anyway responds well and so I am very positive”.
