Juventus, Tudor half-smiles ahead of Parma

Juventus is approaching the Easter Monday match against Parma with an injury situation still to be closely monitored. The match, scheduled for Monday, April 21, at 8:45 p.m. at the Stadio Tardini, will be an important test for Igor Tudor’s team, which is called upon to confirm its good momentum with the goal of consolidating fourth place in the standings.
The news coming out of Continassa is mixed. Two important returns: Mattia Perin and Renato Veiga have resumed regular training with the group. The goalkeeper and defender now seem to have recovered from a rectus femoris strain and a flu syndrome, respectively, and will most likely be available for Monday night’s match.
In contrast, the presence of Kenan Yildiz, who is struggling with a thigh contusion suffered in training, remains in high doubt. The young talent continues with therapy and will be evaluated until the last.
Encouraging signs are not coming for Weston McKennie, Teun Koopmeiners and Samuel Mbangula either. All three have been doing separate work, a sign that their respective muscle discomforts are not yet fully overcome. Their conditions will be re-evaluated in the coming days, but at the moment their presence against Parma is far from certain.
Finally, the long-suffering players remain in the pits: Federico Gatti (fractured fibula), Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal (both struggling to recover from cruciate ligament injuries) and Arkadiusz Milik, still out with a calf problem.
For Tudor, it will be crucial to manage these absences as best he can in a match that can be worth a lot in Champions League optics. The Croatian coach hopes to recover some valuable pieces in the coming days, but he will still have to rely on a reduced squad to face a Parma in great shape.
