Scott Redding reveals a backstory on Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez

Scott Redding, a former centaur who also starred in MotoGp, revealed a backstory about the rivalry between Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez to the Motorsport Republica podcast.
“Between them it all started when Rossi, who has a motocross track, the Ranch, invited Marquez there. I have never been there, but from what I have heard, Rossi has different bikes, from different manufacturers, for every condition”.
“Marc showed up there with the HRC truck and a full team. It was like a factory bike, and that angered Valentino, who saw it as disrespectful, because of the spirit of the invitation. Marc beat him or came very close and that was the beginning of everything”.
