Milan-Conegliano, all set for game 2 at Assago Forum

Lega Volley Femminile

The highlight of the season has arrived: the Scudetto Final Series is now in full swing and in a few days we will know who, between Numia Vero Volley Milano and Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano, will lift the most coveted trophy in Italian volleyball to the sky. If the court tells of a balance yet to be broken – with Game 1 won in four sets by the Venetian women in a hard-fought and never predictable confrontation – on the stands the show is already assured. The evocative stage of the Unipol Forum in Assago – already the scene of the challenge last November – is ready to ignite emotions for Game 2, with more than 12,000 fans expected and plenty of entertainment designed to make this confrontation unforgettable even outside the playing rectangle.

That scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 4 p.m. at the Unipol Forum will not only be a match of the highest level, but a true 360-degree sports experience tagged Vero Volleyball. The champions on the court will be accompanied by special activations for the public, engaging initiatives and surprises on the sidelines, to give everyone present a truly unforgettable afternoon of sports and entertainment. Making the event even more special will be the three co-match sponsors – Numia, Opiquad and SYM – starring together with Banco BPM, who will support the experience by offering stellar entertainment moments and exclusive gadgets dedicated to fans.

“The world of sports has changed, and not a little, in recent years. Like all major global industries, sports also needs to remain competitive and attractive to an increasingly demanding audience,” says Gianpaolo Martire, Marketing Manager of the Vero Volleyball Consortium. “When it comes to the supply chain of attractiveness and entertainment, attention to the environment and the application of new technologies are just the first steps to be taken.”

Numia, operator in the e-money sector and Title Sponsor of the women’s first team, Opiquad, Digital Ecosystem Provider and Title Sponsor of the Monza Arena, and SYM Italia, Top Sponsor of Vero Volleyball and a leading manufacturer of two- and four-wheeled vehicles, will combine their intentions to create a unique atmosphere and give every fan an experience in full Vero Volleyball style by bringing the fan to an arena “Where you Dance.”

“As a leading entity within the sports industry – but especially in line with our founding Driven by Values social project – we are constantly working to ensure that all our stakeholders have a positive sports experience first and foremost,” continues Martire. “For us, sports is a journey of enriching emotions, capable of conveying fundamental values and life skills: for the many young people who play with us, for our sponsors, and, of course, for our fans.”

In addition to quizzes, kiss cams, fan zones and clap-banners, the stands of the Unipol Forum will be transformed into a true sea of color thanks to more than 12,000 T-shirts distributed to the public, all bearing the official claim of Game 2: “Where we Dance.” A clear invitation to all spectators: to become the absolute protagonists of the show. Accompanied by music – a central element of the sports show, fans will move to the beat, celebrating the plays of their favorites and helping to make the atmosphere even more explosive. By singing and dancing, the audience casts off the role of spectators and becomes an integral part of the match, ideally taking the field along with the team. All in the unique setting of the Unipol Forum in Assago, Milan’s iconic temple of sports and music, ready to experience another day to remember.

“With this in mind, we aim to offer something that goes beyond simply watching a match: we want to create a true immersive experience, where the cheering is only positive, the Arena alive and engaging thanks to a packed program of activities, and where every spectator feels part of a unique show. Sound design is so important to us that, on the occasion of the first home match of the Finali Scudetto against Conegliano, we decided to give everyone in attendance a T-shirt with the claim “Dove si Balla” printed on it. A symbolic choice: in addition to recalling a song beloved by the entire environment, it perfectly conveys the idea that the audience is in the right place, at the right time, to enjoy a show that goes beyond the court”.
