Ferrari: Charles Leclerc has confidence, Lewis Hamilton is stopped at the post

His arrival at Ferrari had ignited the enthusiasm of the Cavallino people. Lewis Hamilton was hailed as the man of providence. After five rounds of the World Championship, the seven-time World Champion is in obvious crisis. In contrast, teammate Charles Leclerc, after a complicated start to the season, is finding himself again, as shown by the excellent third place in the GP of Saudi Arabia.
In Ferrari there are opposite feelings and emotions. on the one hand there is the satisfaction of seeing the Monegasque manage to duel on equal terms, despite a single-seater with some limitations, with the best. On the other hand, there’s great disappointment in seeing Lewis Hamilton so anonymous.
Except for the Sprint at the Chinese GP, Lewis Hamilton has never lit up in the SF-25. The Briton, to date, has scored 31 points and is seventh in the drivers’ standings, -16 behind his teammate. In qualifying, he has often seen Charles Leclerc fly. In contrast, his performance in qualifying has often been poor.
Disappointed and embittered Lewis Hamilton, exalted and confident Charles Leclerc who, after his third place in the Saudi Arabian GP is convinced that further improvement can be made. The hope of the Rossa people is that the Monegasque’s enthusiasm can rub off on Lewis Hamilton as well. In Miami, the next GP, both Ferraris are expected to do great things.
