Tiago Djalò’s season finds no peace. The young Portuguese defender owned by Juventus is currently on loan at Porto. After being a contended name by top Italian clubs, including Juve itself and Inter’Inter, the 2000-year-old is now at the center of a disciplinary storm that threatens to seriously jeopardize his short-term future.

According to reports from TMW, Record and A Bola, Porto has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Djalò and three other players (Otavio, William Gomes and Martim Fernandes), guilty of taking part in a late-night party that lasted until 4 a.m. What infuriated the management of the Lusitanian club was not only the incident itself, but the recidivism of the former Lille defender’s behavior.

In fact, this is not the first time Djalò has been caught engaging in nightlife. Emblematic was the case on New Year’s Eve 2025, when he was in Madrid to celebrate, then punctually missed the training scheduled for the morning of Jan. 1. A behavior that set off red alarms within the technical and corporate staff.

Porto, which had believed in the player’s qualities, is now seriously considering the early termination of the loan, initially scheduled to end on June 30. The possible decision would result in Djalò’s immediate return to Juventus, where his future would still remain to be determined.

In the meantime, the player has been suspended and will train alone, away from the team group. A worrying parable for a talent who seemed destined for far other stages and now risks burning out for reasons far removed from the playing field.
