Ducati, Tardozzi explains the'goal with Bagnaia and Marquez in testing

After Alex Marquez’s victory in the Spanish Grand Prix, MotoGP returns again to the Jerez circuit for a day of official testing, divided into two sessions: the morning session (from 10 am to 1 pm) and the afternoon session (from 1:20 pm to 6 pm).

Davide Tardozzi, Ducati team manager, explained the Borgo Panigale stable’s goal with Pecco Bagnaia to the microphones of Sky Sport: “We will try to solve the problem of Pecco, which is not allowing him to brake and enter corners strongly as at the end of 2024. And that is why we will make setup and balance changes to the bike”.

As for Marc Marquez, who in Jerez finished only 12th after a fall on the third lap: “With Marc we will do something different instead, we have some evolutionary pieces to try”.

Closing on the new chassis: “It is something different from the one we tried in Misano and then took to Sepang. We will see the answers it will give us”.
