The challenge between Lazio and Parma, valid for the 34th day of Serie A, ended with a pyrotechnic 2-2. The Ducali, in fact, after going up by two goals got their comeback by the biancocelesti in the last minutes thanks to an eternal Pedro.

Ready off and the Ducals found the lead as early as 3 minutes: Sohm served Valeri on the left who crossed into the middle for Ondrejka, who took advantage of a misplacement of the Biancoceleste rearguard to stopper the ball and thread it through Mandas with his right. A few minutes later, it was the Swiss midfielder who came close to doubling the score, with the Capitolini’s extreme defender being good at deflecting in the dive.

In the central part of the first half, Lazio also began to make itself dangerous, and it found the equalizing goal in the 38th minute: Gila put a ball in the middle for Castellanos, who anticipated Suzuki in the split. The joy, however, lasts very little for the hosts, as VAR cancels everything due to an offside position for the Argentine center forward.

The goal was scored in the second half.

The second half also began with a cold shower for Lazio, which immediately went down by two goals: Ondrejka won a rebound at the edge of the box and then finished with a shot on the turn, slipping it past Mandas at the far post. A few minutes later, the Greek extreme defender is super to deny Pellegrino the third goal.

After the round of changes, the Biancocelesti managed to increase their dangerousness with Pellegrini and Isaksen, who were shut down by two excellent interventions by Suzuki. In the 79th minute, however, the capitolini’s forcing is rewarded: Tchaouna concludes from the distance, finding an imperfect response from the ducals’ extreme defender. On the rebound, it was Pedro who was the quickest to pounce and dump the ball into the net.

Five minutes later, then, Lazio completes the comeback again with the former Barcelona Spaniard, who header seals his personal double on an assist from Pellegrini. In the final, both teams had chances to seal the winning goal, but in the end it came to the triple whistle in a draw.

The draw certainly serves Parma better as they reach 32 points, seven points ahead of the relegation zone. Lazio, for its part, moves up to 60 points, but misses the opportunity to hook Juventus in fourth place.

The draw certainly serves them better.
