Antonio Conte wants Fabio Miretti, Juventus’ yes not far away

Calciomercato Napoli: Fabio Miretti is on Antonio Conte’s wish list, Juventus will not relent but could do so soon. This is the summary of the ongoing negotiation for the class of 2003 midfielder, who remains at the moment with the Bianconeri but whose transfer could materialize in the near future.
The ‘Gazzetta dello Sport’ took stock of the negotiations Sunday, explaining that Juventus rejected Napoli’s initial approach for Miretti. The distance between the parties appears bridgeable, however, as the no concerns a €10 million offer. However, the Old Lady is asking for 15, a figure that Aurelio De Laurentiis could also bridge.
After all, Miretti’s profile appears definitely attractive to Napoli and, above all, represents an express request from Conte. The player presents characteristics that have always been dear to the Salento coach: from a tactical point of view, being a ductile halfback, skilled in’insertion between the lines and with a good familiarity with the goal, technical (good feet are added to a great temperament) and anagraphic thanks to the 22 years old turned just on August 3.
An operation similar to the launch of Claudio Marchisio that Conte himself produced from his first year at the helm of Juventus, with a player who, moreover, was already widely established at the time. Now an even bigger gamble could concern Miretti himself, who moreover is tickled by the’idea of finding the current Neapolitan coach but also reuniting with Giovanni Manna, now the Azzurri’s ds after having worked at Juventus Next Gen when the boy from Pinerolo played there.
