Cincinnati, the draw of the other Italians

In addition to Jannik Sinner, there are six (for now, waiting for qualifying results) Italians in the main draw of the Cincinnati Masters 1000.
There could be a derby as early as the second round because Matteo Arnaldi, should he beat Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi, will face Lorenzo Musetti, who will have a bye in the first round.
Whoever wins between the two will then have in the third round most likely Stefanos Tsitsipas and one between Felix Auger-Aliassime and Casper Ruud in the round of 16 before the Sinner obstacle in the quarterfinals.
Lorenzo Sonego will have a bye in the first round and then will face the winner between Belgium’s Zizou Bergs and Britain’s Jacob Fearnley, while in the third round he will cross Taylor Fritz.
A bye also for Flavio Cobolli who will then likely have Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka and then in the third round could face Joao Fonseca and in the round of 16 Fritz.
On the opposite side of the scoreboard from Sinner are Luciano Darderi and Mattia Bellucci, the latter of whom, if he beats Bosnian Damir Dzumhur, will immediately have Carlos Alcaraz.
Finally, Darderi will also have a bye like Sinner, Musetti, Sonego and Cobolli, and if he beats the winner between Argentina’s Francisco Comesana and Spain’s Jaume Munar, he will likely have Alex De Minaur in the third round.
