Simone Giannelli and Alessandro Michieletto console themselves with two awards

The day after Italy-Poland is dedicated to the individual awards of the Volleyball Nations League 2025, which Volleyball World awarded after the event was over and announced on its social channels.

Italy, which finished the event in second place, received two important individual awards: Simone Giannelli, voted best setter and Alessandro Michieletto best setter of the eighth edition of the VNL.

The other individual awards went to Poland’s Leon (best setter), Sasak (best opposite), Kochanowski (MVP and best middle hitter), Slovenia’s Kozamernik (best middle hitter) and Brazil’s Mique (best libero).
