Zdenek Zeman is better, is at the beach with his son

Zdenek Zeman is doing better. After being hospitalized last February for a cerebral ischemia, the Bohemian coach, who last coached Pescara, reappeared on a photo posted by his son Karel showing them together at the seaside.

“The Pre-Season makes one dream, despair, delude, suffer. The Pre-Season is not part of the’coach, it is itself the’coach”, wrote the son of the Bohemian coach in the post on the notes of ‘Il mare calmo della sera’ by Andrea Bocelli.

In Serie A Zeman has coached Foggia (the Zemanlandia era), Lazio, Roma, Napoli, Lecce, Roma again, Cagliari and Pescara, for a total of 358 appearances on a bench in the Italian top league. Two promotions from B, with Foggia and Pescara.

In February 2024 he was forced to leave the Abruzzesi’s bench due to surgery. Last February a new ischemia and convalescence. Now the worst seems to be over.
