Roberto De Zerbi responds in kind to Mama Rabiot

Roberto De Zerbi responded in kind to Veronique Rabiot, Adrien’s mother. The Olympique Marseille coach did so in a press conference.

“The footballer’s mother forgets two things – he said -: I decided, on my own, to make him captain in Paris (on the occasion of the match played on March 16, ed). And in one year I gave more attention and hugs to his son than to my son. On Saturday we will have to play without Rowe and without Rabiot, and it will not be easy. I could have looked the other way, but I will not lose my dignity to not lose the championship. I will always support the club”.

“No one should feel bigger than the club. There have always been great players and great coaches, but what is important is to maintain the right behavior” he added.
