The soccer market closing gong is approaching, and Torino is working to perfect the squad available to Baroni. The Piedmontese club is still looking for a left back after Sosa’s farewell: a player is needed who can replace Cristiano Biraghi when needed.

The name at the top of the list is known: Niccolò Fortini of Fiorentina. According to rumors, the Granata club is ready to go as high as 10 million euros to get the 2006-class fullback’s card.

Toro&#8217s willingness, however, finds opposition from the Gigliati, who strongly believe in the player&#8217s future and would like to grant him only on a dry loan, while Cairo&#8217s club would like to insert a clause with a right of redemption.

Fortini is being followed by several Serie A and Serie B clubs but seems to have been convinced by Torino, to whom he would give priority in case of a transfer. There will inevitably be developments in the coming days, as the market is in its last throes.
