Fascination, spectacle and unpredictability. It was with these words that Sky Sport opened last night the big party to present the new season of the European Cups, in the exclusive setting of the 21 House of Stories, overlooking the Navigli and with an evocative night view of the whole of Milan. An event that combined elegance and football passion, transforming the city into a capital of Europe for a night.

On the stage, many well-known and beloved faces of the Sky audience: from Zvonimir Boban to Paolo Di Canio, passing through the other talents who light up the European evenings each week with analysis, stories and anecdotes. Their presence made the atmosphere even more special, in an evening that combined glamour, entertainment and the promise of the big thrills to come.

From September 16, in fact, the magical nights dedicated to the three UEFA competitions will return on Sky and streaming on NOW: Champions League, Europa League and Conference League. A monumental schedule made up of 53 evenings and as many as 527 live matches, for an unprecedented football adventure.

The Champions League remains the flagship: with the new format, introduced a year ago, the spectacle is multiplied, with more matches, more direct clashes between the big names and more adrenaline from the first day. 185 of the 203 matches of the 2025/2026 season will be broadcast on Sky, up to the May 30 final in Budapest.

Not only that: thanks to the agreement with Amazon Prime Video, on Sky Business all 203 matches will also be viewable in their entirety in bars and hotels, with the addition of Wednesday’s best match, so you can enjoy the European experience in company and with the highest quality.

The Milanese evening perfectly embodied the spirit of the Cups: the elegance of the location, the energy of the champions and the magic of international soccer made the anticipation for a season that promises to be extraordinary palpable. Because the nights of Europe are not just matches: they are emotions that unite.
