Fiorentina and Napoli close the schedule of the third day of Serie A as far as Saturday matches are concerned. At 8:45 p.m., a challenge is played at the Stadio Artemio Franchi that could further clarify what the two teams’ current ambitions are. On one side are the Viola, still undefeated but also winless after their first two league matches. On the other hand, the reigning Italian champions are on full points, though they have been engaged so far against more affordable opponents such as Sassuolo and Cagliari.

In Fiorentina, Stefano Pioli must mainly do without Gudmundsson in attack. Therefore, alongside the untouchable Moise Kean could play the emerging Roberto Piccoli or an old fox of the area like Edin Dzeko. More security in the other departments, from De Gea between the posts to the Dodò-Gosens tandem on the flanks, through the midfield composed of Nicolussi Caviglia in addition to Fagioli and Mandragora.

Men on the field fairly certain for Napoli, while there are fewer certainties about the scheme Antonio Conte might rely on. Behind Lorenzo Lucca, who has the advantage in the role of sole forward, De Bruyne will certainly act. McTominay and Politano are also starting, though whether they will start in the trequartisti line or a few meters further back remains to be determined. Central dike composed of Lobotka and Anguissa, confirmed Spinazzola on the left with captain Di Lorenzo on the opposite side.
