The image of Marcus Thuram smiling with his brother Khéphren during the last seconds of the match between Juventus and Inter Milan that saw Igor Tudor’s team triumph 4-3 after a spectacular match is making the rounds on the web.
“It is fine that they are brothers, but laughing at the end of a game lost to Juventus also no” is one of the most popular comments. Evidently, the Nerazzurri people, disappointed with the result of the match, expected Marcus to avoid such behavior at least in front of the cameras.
Marcus Thuram had already ended up in the crosshairs of some Inter fans after his choice not to exult at the 3-2 goal, a decision that was not appreciated by many and that had already caused some social controversy.
