Farewell to Matteo Franzoso: the touching memory of'friend Giovanni Franzoni
The tragic death of Matteo Franzoso has struck many people to the heart. Many messages of condolence for the’Azzurro who lost his life in Chile during a training session. Among the many fond remembrances was that of his friend Giovanni Franzoni, a 24-year-old Italian skier who won the European Cup in 2022. The two first raced together in Lake Louise, in a World Cup downhill in November 2022.
