Jannik Sinner: Bjorn Borg’s words spark discussion and inflame social media

Swedish tennis legend Bjorn Borg in an interview with the BBC spoke about the Clostebol case involving Jannik Sinner, forcing him into a forced three-month suspension. His words are causing much discussion on social media, infuriating fans of the’South Tyrolean: “I was very surprised when I read the news of Sinner’s positivity. The fact is that there are two positive tests, if it had happened only once…Instead it happened on two different occasions, I think it”.
“I don“t know what happened and I hope that nothing serious happened but we can”t know for sure,” the former outfielder lamented, sparking a storm on social media. As known, the Blue reached an agreement with the World Anti-Doping Agency recognizing his partial responsibility for the mistakes made by his team. Wada itself confirmed in the ruling that the athlete had not taken any competitive advantage of the two positive tests.
Borg also spoke about his prostate cancer, revealed in his autobiography: “Every six months I have to go for a checkup. But I can assure you that the whole process has not been a fun thing at all. The crazy thing is that you don”t notice anything, you feel fine, and then you have to deal with something like this”.
“The doctor warned me that it was a very serious problem because I have sleeper cells. The last test I had two weeks ago, now it is something I have to live with”.
