Liga Portugal 2025-2026: Rio Ave-Porto, the likely lineups

It will be Rio Ave and Porto that will kick off the sixth day of Liga Portugal 2025-2026: at 9:15 p.m. Italian time, the Vila do Conde stadium will be the stage for a sort of head-to-tail, as Porto looks down on everyone with full points while Rio Ave is fourth-to-last with three points, although it has a match to make up against Benfica.

The hosts, led by Greek coach Sotiris Silaidopulos, drew their first three games against Nacional (1-1), Arouca (3-3) and Braga (2-2) before falling at home to Moreirense (3-1). On the latter occasion, Andre Luiz, a Brazilian former Flamengo player, scored, and should be confirmed in his coach&#8217s 3-4-3.

On the other side, Porto’s Italian coach Francesco Farioli is looking for six out of six in the league, trusting in more offensive verve than that shown against Nacional (success “by penalty” 1-0). Unavailable in defense Alberto Costa and Nehuen Perez, in are Kiwior and Bednarek. Up front trident with Sainz, Omorodion and Pepé.
